1. Who is qualified to be Issuer of debt crowdfunding note?
Potential Issuers must be registered as company in Thailand and complies with the qualification as stipulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand, such as, they may not be publicly listed company, or a company with which a publicly listed company owns 50% or more of the total shareholding.
2. Do debt crowdfunding Issuers have to be a large registered company?
Not necessarily. The purpose of debt crowdfunding is to allow SMEs access to new source of funding. Investree will evaluate the creditworthiness of each potential Issuer on a case-by-case basis.
3. How to apply for debt crowdfunding note issuance through Investree?
The process of applying for note issuance is easy and done online. Investree will request personal details, including invoices and valid company's legal documents to be uploaded to the system. Once documentation is complete, Investree will review the application and assess Issuer’s credit risk using our proprietary credit risk scoring model. After the prospective Issuer accepts the terms and conditions and consent for information sharing from Investree, Investree will then display the note in Investree’s marketplace for consideration by qualified investors who are verified Investree investors.
4. Why issue crowdfunding note through Investree?
Issuing debt crowdfunding note allows SMEs opportunity to access new funding source through more flexible application process compared to conventional financing service. Both Issuer and investor can access Investree’s service at anytime and anywhere.
5. How do I know that my personal information is safe with Investree?
Investree securely stores user’s personal information, using protection enabled online security features in line with our Privacy Policy. Investree has a robust physical, electronic, and managerial protection systems designed to prevent unauthorized access or inappropriate use of customer data. Investree will not provide user’s information to third parties without prior permission or as requested by valid legal authority, and will not contact user’s to ask for their personal information except for the purposes of verification.
6. How to verify your e-mail address?
Potential Issuers will receive an e-mail from Investree containing a link to verify Issuer’s e-mail address. If you have not received the e-mail, please check your Spam folder or contact Investree’s support team.
7. How do I change my password?
You can change your password by going to Account Setting in your Dashboard, and select change password.
8. How do I change my contact details?
You can change your contact details by going to Account Setting in your Dashboard and select edit business or personal profile.
