1. What is Investree?

Our business model is to connect prospective Lenders and prospective Borrowers, analyze credit risk of prospective Borrowers and administer loan process from contract to payment facilitation.

In the process, Borrowers can receive competitive interest rates while Lenders receive competitive return for the risk that they decide to take.

2. Is Investree a bank or a type of financial institution?

No, Investree is not a bank or a type of financial institution but we are an intermediary service that match Borrowers and Lenders based on proprietary operating process and credit risk scoring.

Unlike conventional intermediary services, Investree does not participate in actual lending and borrowing activity. We merely provide the services necessary to facilitate the process of lending.

3. How do you borrow through Investree?

It is as easy as abc to apply for a loan through Investree. We will ask you to provide some personal details, including invoices and valid company's legal documents. Then, we will select and assess your loan application using our credit-scoring system. After the application is approved, your loan will be displayed in the Investree marketplace.

4. Why borrow through Investree?

Compared to conventional financial institutions, Investree offers a more flexible loan application process. Besides you have full control over loan fees – without paperwork – and involve a rapid decision making, Investree also sets competitive interest rate for all loans.

6. How do I know that my personal information is safe with Investree?

We will securely store your personal information, using protection enabled online security features in line with our Privacy Policy that is certified under ISO 27001. Investree has a robust physical, electronic, and managerial protection systems designed to prevent unauthorized access or inappropriate use of customer data. Investree will not provide customer information to third parties without prior permission or as requested by valid legal authority, and will not contact you to ask for your personal information except for the purposes of verification.

7. How is your e-mail address verified?

You will receive an e-mail from us containing a link to verify your e-mail address. If you have not received the e-mail, please check your Spam folder. You can request another verification e-mail through your Account Settings.

8. How do I change my password?

You can change your password by selecting your Investree Account and Dashboard, where you click Edit Profile. In the User Account section, change your password as desired.

9. How do I change my contact details?

You can change your contact details using your Investree Account and Dashboard, where you click Edit Profile. Under the Contact Details section, change your contact details as desired.
